I’ve lived here for over 2 years now, and I am very satisfied with my apartment. It’s cozy, comfortable, and has truly felt like home. I also want to recognize Evelyn in the office for her outstanding customer service. She is always polite, respectful, and friendly. Whenever I need assistance or have questions, she is quick to help and makes the process easy. Her professionalism and positive attitude make a big difference and are one of the reasons I’ve enjoyed living here. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would recommend this community to anyone looking for a welcoming place to live.

I wanted to share my appreciation for the kindness and genuine care I experienced. Evelyn took the time to listen, understand, and make me feel heard, which meant a great deal to me. Her compassion, patience, and positive attitude made a lasting impression and helped make my experience here feel much more welcoming. It's rare to come across someone who takes the time to connect with people in such a thoughtful way, and I am truly grateful.

JR is the only efficient staff member in this complex. So relieving whenever he comes for a maintenance request. Other than that, the other reviews are pretty much true. The lack of ADA accessibility here is also insane. I hope this is something they work on.

the staff that first helped us was not the best and dragged the process out way too long. Once the new property manager Chris started he was able to get me and my roommates into an apartment very quickly. since we got the unit last minute it wasn’t exactly ready but chris and the maintenance team have been working hard to get everything addressed and fixed as soon as they could! excited to experience living here:)!

I just want to say that this is a great place to live. My family and I are always going to the pool and it’s always nice and clean. I also love that Juan and everyone in the office do little events like today was pop day. I want to say that you guys for everything I really recommend moving here

Apartment was infested with roaches since even before I moved in. I let the staff know and they serviced the unit however I would still notice the cockroaches on and off in the apartment. I tried to terminate the lease sooner due to this however I was getting charged about 4 thousand dollars to terminate even though this were not an adequate living conditions. i have not been living there for a month and I am still paying the rent because of course they still want their money even though the apartment has not been remodeled since 10years ago. I know because my friend used to live there. I definitely made a mistake by deciding to live here.

Chris was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly during my tour and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I really appreciated his patience, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond. Highly recommend working with him!
