I've read the reviews and was expecting to get some good customer service. Been in here various times and it just isn't happening. The music is blaring loud. A couple of times I thought I was in a Spanish night club. The girls are very young and obviously have never been taught manners or how to speak in front of a person older than them. Never have I been told thank you or come again. Never even been smiled at. A few times when I was being given my change she missed my hand because they weren't paying attention and they didn't say sorry or attempt to pick it up they just walked away.

Food is exactly what they advertise. Fresh!! Employees pay attention to what you want and are true Sandwich artist. Especially one employee named, Jermaine. Always has a smile and eager to please. Takes pride in his job and keeping his customers happy and satisfied. Keep it up!!

If you don't know what Subway is.. I'm surprised. Subway is popular sandwich restuarant that lets you put a variety of ingredients in your sandwich. You can either eat there in the restaurant or take out, but you rarely see people actually eating there and mostly see people waiting in a line to leave with their sandwich. When you enter you'll smell a fresh environment and be hit with a blast of cold air as well. I assume this is because they have to keep their ingredients fresh. Because if you didn't know Subway actually keeps their ingredients right out in the open with a long glass wall covering them to keep the customers from touching them but you can tell the employee how to make your sandwich and watch him as he does it! I personally enjoy this place because of how different it is from the simple burger and fries as well as healthier. The length of these sandwiches is massive by the way!

My wife went get us couple salads when you got back to the office I looked at my salad they didn't even fill it up halfway with lettuce very disappointing won't be going back to that store Have to try another store I've gotten salads before where they really fill it up and you're getting your money's worth but for $7 I get a half a salad

Lady behind the counter was picking eye boogers our of her eyes and playing with her braids. When I asked her to please wash her hands, she got upset, went over to the other lady at the cash register and proceeded to rearrange some papers and mumble under her breath that I had asked her to wash her hands... She then told me she would was her hands after she finished wipping down the counters.... So I just left..... Makes me wonder if she knows she should wash after she uses the bathroom?

Worst costumer service. If you are trying to get a mobile order. This is the worst location to do so. Their employees are not being trained on how to pull up a mobile order on top of that they will not make your sub because it didn’t go through according to the employee. Makes no sense due to the fact that it was already paid for !

Friendly group but when it comes to the specialty sandwiches such as seasonal or holiday they rarely carry the bread that is advertised for the sandwiches or they have to start a batch and you would have to wait. If unsure of what you might want for a sandwich they are helpful with suggesting a sandwich based off what you like.

I just ordered a ft long tuna on wheat. The server barely put any tuna on the sandwich. It was such a small amount that he had to use the knife to spread it over the bread like someone would spread mayo on a sandwich. It didn't even cover the bread all the way. I asked the server not to cheat me by skimping so much on the tuna, and he had the nerve to defend his portion size. This is the 2nd time THIS subway has done this to me. With the drink, I just spent $12 for basically a dry 'veggie' sandwich. I tend to go there at least once or twice per week, but for the next few months I will find a different subway to go to (hopefully one with REAL 'sandwich artists' rather than servers that are either untrained or just don't care about giving their customers a positive experience). :-(
