Our AC was blowing hot air on Sunday night. I called Autumn Air and Kolby was at our house within 15 minutes. Amazing!!! He found the problem and had it fixed in no time. He’s an excellent technician and was so nice considering he was on call. His attitude was so positive and he is appreciated! I was provided excellent service!! Thank you Kolby!!

Frank with Autumn Air repaired my office AC unit. I was pleased by Frank’s knowledge, timeliness, and communication. Frank took videos of the issues with the unit to show me. That was a nice touch, so was the technology that allowed me to track Frank’s arrival to the office in real time. Frank and Autumn Air did all they could to ensure a fair price. This was my first experience with Autumn Air and it is clear to me that customer service is a well thought out component of their business model.

Kolby at Autumn Air did an amazing job. My A/C went out on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get a tech out to me within 30 minutes. He got me up and running so I didn’t have to sweat it out over the weekend without A/C. Definitely will be calling them again, they have amazing service and won a new client. Also great communication. I got text updates about the tech and his ETA. I was really impressed with the communication. Autumn was a pleasure to speak with when I called in and answered all my questions. I can’t recommend this company enough! You can’t go wrong with them!

Best service ever! 3 days away from closing on selling my home and my ac goes out! In July!!! House is 99 degrees and I called on a Saturday and within 30 minutes of calling Taylor was dispatched out to me. He diagnosed the issue as a burnt capacitor and in 10 minutes had me fixed up. So professional and so thankful for their team! I recommend them to anyone in the Phoenix area. Thank you Taylor!!

Taylor of Autumn Air did an amazing job repairing my air conditioner and getting my home back cool again. We are so excited. He explained in detail what my issues were with my air conditioning . He's very. knowledgeable at what he was doing he took pictures and showed me exactly what the issues I had with my air conditioning unit. I would recommend Autumn air to anyone that has air conditioning issues.

Great service technician was professional polite and thorough. I would highly recommend this company. They initially came to repair a component of our ACon. We subsequently signed on for a maintenance plan which has given up peace of mind to have someone come and make periodic maintenance checks, especially during the summer months.

I am so grateful I called for a second opinion. Adam the tech came out the same night and even offered the second opinion for free, which was incredible. I was so stressed because I was supposed to leave for a trip the next day and had just been told I was potentially facing thousands of dollars in repairs or even replacing my entire AC system. Instead, they found a simple airflow issue that had been missed. My AC started cooling properly again before the technician even left, and my house immediately began dropping in temperature. They were honest, thorough, and took the time to explain everything. I can’t recommend them enough. They literally saved the day!!
