SQC General Contractors LLC

Oh my where to begin I have an Airbnb and had to quickly fix a bathtub shower combo I’m usually doing some of these jobs diy but I really needed a professional and quick turn around Sam and his guys came in top to bottom and finished in 4 days wow and with the lowest estimate I couldn’t be more excited to tell you it looks amazing and with a 1 year warranty no matter what. Thank you SQC glad your able to help people in Fairbanks and North Pole area

SQC General Contractors were able to respond quickly and repair damage to my home that was discovered when new windows and doors were being installed by another business. They were very professional, explained the required work in detail, and the craftsmanship of the repair was quality. As part of the repair my deck was going to be cut into. I asked that the entire deck be torn out and replaced with a Tyvek deck. The end result was a beautiful deck that will last for years and be easy to maintain.

This company is a 10 star in my book. They do excellent work. William their carpenter is super good. He does exceptional carpentry. My entryway which was rotted was totally replaced and is looking beautiful. Can't say enough good things about this company!! The work was done on time too which was another plus.

I couldn’t be happier with the work SQC General Contractors did on my condo. I was in the process of selling it, and the inspection report had a list of repairs that needed to be addressed quickly. One of the items flagged was a GFCI redundancy issue with the bathroom receptacle. SQC came in, diagnosed the problem right away, and replaced the receptacle to ensure it was up to code. They even took the time to double-check the entire circuit to make sure there were no other issues, giving me complete confidence in their work. I was worried it would delay the sale, but SQC handled it so efficiently that the work was done within a day. They even explained the issue to me in simple terms and made sure I understood exactly what they were fixing. Another issue was sealing the vapor barrier in the crawlspace, which had gaps and tears that could lead to moisture problems. SQC handled it perfectly—they removed the damaged section, installed new material, and ensured the entire barrier was sealed tight. They were always on time, professional, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. While their prices were a little higher than other contractors, the quality of their work and their attention to detail were absolutely worth it. Knowing everything was done right gave me total peace of mind as I moved forward with the sale. If you’re selling a property and need inspections items done or need any other kind of construction or repair work, I would Highly recommend SQC General Contractors. They truly went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely reach out to them again for future projects!

SQC General Contractors is the real deal. Professional, responsive, and extremely detail-oriented from start to finish. Communication was clear throughout the process, timelines were respected, and the workmanship quality speaks for itself. What impressed me most was how organized and proactive the team is they identify issues early, present solutions, and execute efficiently. It’s obvious they take pride in doing the job right the first time. SQC General Contractors (Samuel) installed some new kitchen cabinets and other miscellaneous kitchen projects for my home, and my hubby and I were well-pleased with the project. Samuel demonstrated a strong sense of professionalism from day one. A timeline was given of when projects would begin and be completed, all was very well-organized. He was always willing to answer questions and provide suggestions. Throughout the project, there was great communication, Samuel would periodically take a moment to explain certain aspects of the projects and there was also a strong sense of attention to detail. We are very pleased with the finished projects, and the results exceeded our expectations!

SQC General Contractors does outstanding work. They were contracted to inspect, remove, and replace rotten wood and sheet rock. The job took six days to complete. During that time, they were able to keep the natural rhythm of home life uninterrupted. Samuel was professional and knowledgeable during the initial estimate. He explained what was going to happen and why it needed to happen. The estimate was clearly written and had all of the information needed to make my decision to move forward with the project. William conducted the work in a quick and efficient matter. He kept his worksite clean and organized during the workday and left the work site cleaned and organized after his work was completed. I am looking forward to future projects with SQC. I highly recommend SQC General Contractors for your home improvement needs. B. Dugas PS: SQC is dog friendly.

In the last, 5 years, I've only seen this young business owner grow. When he started doing remodels at 17 years of age, I saw him take heed to advice and mentorship from his older brother with humbleness. Building trust with the community based on service and integrity, the projects he's taken on have only grown and I can't help feel proud. He has always taken care of his subs and paid me on time. I would hire him for my personal house and go work for him any day.
